I believe that excellent interior design is about finding that sweet spot between what could oppose - aesthetics & function, period & modern, symmetry & offset. In Balance, clients will find a partner to weave in clever design ideas that are both practical and beautiful, ensuring that their spaces work harder and smarter.

I provide an approachable and friendly interior design service which can be tailored to your needs, from initial concept through to full design and implementation.

My core philosophy is that spaces should resonate with and centre around the people who occupy them, and this is at the heart of my design process.

I begin by gathering an understanding of how you live, work and play in your spaces everyday, identifying areas that require attention so we can optimise the functionality and organisation of your home. This is paired with an understanding of your aesthetic vision for the space, so that I can design spaces that are stylish, coherent and have a sense of ‘flow’.

My design style leans towards calm interiors with a sense of space and organisation. I focus on light, layering and materiality for a pared back and relaxed style which is at once authentic, warm and inviting. I believe that the spaces in which we live are closely linked to our sense of wellbeing, so rather than follow trends, I strive for a style which connects with the client and sparks joy every day.
