Crouch Hall Maisonette

Brief:
Overhaul the layout of this victorian maisonnette to improve light and flow. Full house design direction and detailed design of layouts changes, kitchen, bathrooms, dining room and stairs.

Concept:
Melange: blending modern scandi styles with natural materials and elements of colour whilst celebrating the period bones of this beautiful maisonette.

Solution:
We opened the small kitchen space into the front reception, creating a light-filled kitchen diner and added a crittall style screen to improve light into the stairwell. Door heights were raised throughout and a neat cloakroom created from a dusty old broom cupboard. 2 small rooms were combined on the top floor to create a new family bathroom with bespoke cement floor tiles and timber vanity.
Details such as new column radiators, block parquet floor and bespoke kitchen design came together to create this serene space.
