Belgravia townhouse SW1 - Grade II Listed

We were responsible for full refurbishment of this Belgravia Town House incorporating a Mews House, to create an amazing seven level family home with separate staff quarters within the Mews. The original five levels were expanded by creating two lower ground levels, encompassing Swimming pool, spa area, gym, staff kitchen, study, cinema room. The addition of a lift made this home much more user friendly. The house is fully bespoke; from the polished plaster walls, fabulous Borghese chandeliers, Pierre Mesguich mosaics for the pool area to the Lalique shower door handles. By adding a room size roof lantern, the internal Kaizen kitchen is bathed in natural light.
