Cheil head office

The client wanted a bright, modern, creative office. we took on a 7000 sqft floor with floor to ceiling windows all around, situated in a beautiful leafy business park. the office had to fit 64 desks over two separate open plan work areas, 4 meeting rooms, 1 boardroom, 2 executive offices, kitchen with table to seat 10, a large breakout area and a separate client break out area. i decided to keep solid walls to a minimum, to make the most of the natural light. i also chose to let the interiors reflect the nature outside, by using natural wood, installing a living wall and birch tree stems along the windows. budget 450 k.
