Family Beachside Hideaway

When 3 brothers contacted us about their much loved family home which was in need of renovation we were delighted to take on the challenge. The brothers were looking for us to bring the house that they dearly loved in their childhood into the 21st century.

The house is in a unique position leading directly onto the beach and the ever changing landscape beyond gave us the perfect inspiration for the palette of nature tones we used throughout.

With so many families sharing the house careful spacial planning was crucial- places to share, places to escape to, as well as enough space to sleep all the cousins in comfort. With thoughtful planning we made this work and the house has a wonderful new lease of life whilst still reflecting its past.
