Family Home in Hertfordshire

A new extension made space for a large-scale kitchen-diner/family room (plus boot room and utility). Heavily glazed to maximise panoramic views across open fields, the new extension was to provide the family with plenty of space for casual entertaining. A sociable island was essential, and the overall style needed to reference their home’s Georgian roots.
