Family Retreat, Nevada

A contemporary, architectural new build with expansive views of Red Rock Canyon and the famous Las Vegas Strip. The brief was to design and detail the spacious and modern new build throughout to create this stunning luxury holiday home.

The clients split their time between the UK and Las Vegas and they wanted tthis property to have the feel of a tranquil holiday retreat, with lots of natural materials and layered textures.

We worked remotely on the design and specification of this home, so project management and attention to detail was even more key to the success of the project. Liaising closely with the design and build team in the US, we implemented the design with only two site visits prior to installation. Our clients were extremely happy with the results and are planning another home renovation in Las Vegas,.
