Home Office

Previously this room was a "junk room" with dark papered walls, dated wall lights and dated carpet. The brief was to create a home office with a focus on efficient storage and a meeting area. The project included repainting the walls off white and creating a feature wall in slate grey to highlight the welsh stone fireplace surround. New solid oak flooring installed. Filing storage was created with cabinets in the alcoves. Furnishing sourced included a sofa and desk. A new lighting scheme was introduced, with the dated wall lights removed and two floorlamps and a new overhead light fitting sourced.
