Flat within Grade II Listed Mansion House

This project involved the interior redesign of a flat within a Grade II listed mansion block in the heart of Knightsbridge, tailored for a couple of expats seeking a refined and functional London base. The brief included a series of carefully considered upgrades: transforming a disused closet into a fully functional shower room, reconfiguring the layout of the master bedroom for better flow, upgrading the guest WC, designing bespoke joinery and FF&E throughout.

Given the building's listed status, we successfully secured Listed Building Consent — a process that required a sensitive and detailed approach to balance modern requirements with historical integrity.
