Guest Bedroom

For the guest bedroom, we designed bespoke joinery that makes full use of the alcoves on either side of the chimney breast, while still feeling calm and integrated within the room. To simplify the existing ceiling geometry, the joinery was designed to stop where the ceiling begins to slope, allowing the architecture to read clearly. Using the same colour across both the timber and wall elements creates a sense of continuity and visual ease. A discreet workstation, which can also function as a dressing table, was seamlessly incorporated into the design.
