Gentleman's snug in Leeds

The client hated his sitting room, my brief was to create a warm cosy space into which he could retreat after work.
It had to be masculine in feel yet still welcoming.

We chose a warm palette of earthy colours with a bright orange as the accent colour. This serves to lift the scheme and give it a sophisticated, gentleman's club feel.

The furniture is reclaimed elm with steel frames which we smothered in wax so as to give them a softer finish from the rather dried nature of reclaimed timber
