Georgian Grade II restoration/modernisation

A fully restored Grade II listed Georgian Vicarage with a complete modernisation in a sympathetically classic-contemporary style and a 150% 3-storey extension increase.

Walking passed daily on his way to school, and returning to the area years later now a captain of industry, the new owner vowed to restore the now derelict Vicarage to surpass its former glory. Touched, we were of course deeply honoured to be entrusted with the detail and quality this project demanded which he told us surpassed his expectations.

Whilst the impeccable manners of the drawing room and dining room suggest a conservatively elegant taste with character features fully restored, other aspects such as the master bathroom and leisure suite with 6-car underground garage, mezzanine gym and photo studio, throws caution to the wind and displays a more indulgent playful side.
