Full reconfiguration and refurbishment of a period property for a young family, who wanted a fun and practical design. This included cleverly remodelling the spaces to create an extra shower room and bedroom, without needing to extend the property. This was achieved by situating the new kitchen within the living room, to create an open plan family living space. The shower room was carved out of an underutilised hallway space. The result is a much-improved layout with furnishings and finishes that the clients love.
