Intercontinental London the O2 Hotel

The Intercontinental O2 is set against the backdrop of the River Thames and the historical location of the Docklands. Journeys on the East India Trading route brought back tea, spices, porcelain, fabrics and stories of the high seas.

The interiors of the hotel reflect these explorations as the main lobby will act as the hub of the hotel.

Appointed by S&T Interiors, the specialist fit-out sub-contractor for Arora International, CPMG's brief was to interpret the concept design ideas and sketches of Arora's Interior Designer, G1 Architecture.

CPMG focused on delivering the key front-of-house zones, our expertise were employed to develop detailed designs based upon the concepts for: reception areas including bellboy and concierge lounge, the spa pool and treatment rooms, executive lounge/conference facilities, ballroom and pre-function suites, restaurants, bars and lounges, apartment lobby and penthouse and the O2 link corridor between the hotel and arena.
