Office Refurbishment Phase 1

The objective for the first phase of this refurbishment was to introduce a new, exciting and engaging open plan office environment for the client and its employees.
By re-modelling the space, our design team were able to introduce more light, a better air quality system and a greater sense of wellbeing for employees. This has been achieved through creative space planning by adding agile working spaces, introducing a rationalised desk layout and larger, more accessible amenities for this multi-storey building.
Attractive aesthetic solutions for both personal and project storage have been strategically incorporated within the design to allow for a smarter and more secure workplace.
The refurbished office space now accommodates an array of new agile working spaces which include, open plan workstations and formal working area, an executive space, collaborative and informal meeting zones, breakout areas, presentation space and a range of different sized private meeting rooms.
