Oxford new build family homes

The brief was to create a modern, sophisticated interior for each house in Oxfordshire, maintaining their individuality yet creating a common theme between both properties.

We helped to create the luxury, contemporary, light-filled and sophisticated spaces. Each with a wow factor.

We helped with space planning, furniture layouts of all rooms, specifying all interior finishes including sanitary ware and tiling for sixteen bathrooms along with an indoor pool and steam room, staircases, all flooring, lighting design, doors, ironmongery, joinery, skirting boards, cornices, architraves along with paint specifications for both houses.

This being a more architecturally led project, the client did not require a full soft furnishing schedule and finish. Using a neutral colour palette and high quality finishes helped create a calming, sophisticated and versatile base to which the future purchaser could add their finishing touches.
