Princess Park Manor is a period listed building set within 30 acres of private parkland. The development has been sensitively and imaginatively converted to combine elegance and exquisite proportion of its heritage with the convenience and comfort expected in the modern age.
Our client, a young male, wanted somewhere relaxed and inviting that he could spend his weekends and free time. Our brief was to create a cool, sophisticated, dark and atmospheric bachelor pad. The space was designed with entertainment in mind, and a small area for working from home.
We reveled in the conflict of the old and new, masculine and feminine. A York Stone floor, original exposed brick and slate finishes contrast the polished Taj Mahal Marble work surfaces, antiqued bronze mirrors and statement copper details in a way which were contemporary without being cold.
