Private Residence - On the Water

This project was an interesting diversion. The brief was to create a floating home that was not “boat like”. We therefore shied away from the usual boat and water inspired themes and created a thoroughly modern space, using fixtures and fittings for the home (but in some cases, such as the shower and toilet, adapted for boat use). We chose low furniture that worked proportionally in the space - combatting very low ceilings throughout. Choosing colours that would compliment the surrounding water and the sunlight streaming in whilst reflecting it’s magical patterns.
