We were asked to transform the existing dark and dated
interior and exterior of the building. The project combined the fit-out and
refurbishment of the ground floor reception area, meeting rooms and offices; the refurbishment and fit-out of the third floor office areas; and the re re-modeling of the front elevation of the building.
The design involved the updating of the interior spaces, introducing bright new decor, new flooring in neutral shades, contemporary lighting and furnishings.
Working with the Savills marketing team, the COEL designers introduced
products and finishes in line with the client’s corporate branding which included stylish
graphics and huge wall art depicting famous Cambridge landmarks.
