Surrey - Contemporary Residence

The original building was a 1930’s detached house in Surrey. Working on plan, we designed a two storey extension to accommodate an open plan kitchen, separate TV and dining area, with bi-fold doors leading on to a large patio. The first floor had an extra large master with en-suite and dressing room, along with three further bedrooms all en-suite. The overall brief…a family home with a fully integrated home system. All the carpentry and upholstery is bespoke…American Walnut staircase, high gloss kitchen, bathroom cabinets, wardrobes, arched front door with bespoke etched glass, deep buttoned plush velvet sofa and armchairs along with a bespoke master bed. The contemporary interiors are in keeping with the requirements of each room; moody for the lounge/cinema room with the integrated fire and light and airy for the entrance.
