Entrance Hall
A large, airy, gallery-like room with off-white walls and a molianos limestone floor. This triple height space called for something special and, inspired by the architect’s early introduction of the adjacent glass ramp (16) looking down into the swimming pool below, we chose to evolve this space into symphony of crystalline statement pieces, suggesting the idea of a glass staircase (which was then expertly detailed by the architects), as well as introducing an enormous bespoke glass hanging sculpture and a complementary glass standing sculpture. These elements all worked in harmony to create a unique and extraordinarily impressive welcome to the house.
