Swiss Chalet

Our client’s brief was to create a vibrant holiday home making the very best of the stunning views of the Swiss Alps. The property was to be a place where he could entertain friends and family in the ultimate comfort.

Colour was a top priority and our starting point was ‘Austin Powers meets James Bond’. It was a highly enjoyable, collaborative process, designing room schemes including fabrics from Missoni, Pucci, Kenzo and Paul Smith.

The mountain light and backdrop complimented these zingy colours incredibly well. As a result of being involved in this new-build project from the start, and working with a crack team of Swiss architects and contractors, we were able to contribute heavily on build detailing, spatial arrangements, lighting, including extensive home automation including a subterranean cinema.
