The Tannery

We were approached by London Square to create a striking showhome to help market their duplex apartments at The Tannery in Bermondsey. Our concept for The Tannery focused on space, family, greenery and luxury. To emphasise the space available we used consistent colours and finishes throughout the duplex making each area feel connected and spacious. The duplex is styled with a “lived in” feeling making buyers feel at home and allowing them to easily envisage themselves living in the space. It is styled for a young professional couple/family with the third bedroom showing how it could be used as the perfect space for a young child. We used a light, soft and earthy colour palette to give the duplex a fresh and airy feel, which pairs well with the summer opening. We used lots of greenery in the duplex to give it an organic and eco feel whilst also making the buyers and the area feel connected to the communal garden and beautiful surroundings outside.
