Chiddingstone Street

This was a full house refurbishment as well as the implementation of a full basement dig out. The scope of the works included the specifying of all the joinery, hard finishes, bathrooms, lighting, paint schedule and all soft furnishings. The clients design brief was that the house was to be themed around the ‘Italian modernism’ revival with a firm focus on modern Italian lighting. Items throughout the house had to meet several specification levels, with the master bedroom and bathroom at a higher level and other bedrooms at a much lower level. Sourcing good quality products at low prices was key on parts of this project.
