Elegant Balham Home

Our Client asked us to refresh his 4, bedroom 3 storey townhouse. He had lived there for 10 years, and had refurbished the kitchen and one bathroom. We were engaged to upgrade the rest of the house. The brief was to create an elegant, unfussy, comfortable home in a classic contemporary style.

We retained existing original features such as the fireplace, cornices and skirtings, and introduced bespoke joinery and lighting. Warm colours and materials such as oak, marble, velvet and wool were used to create an understated luxurious home.
