Muswell Hill Edwardian Home

Working for return clients, we oversaw a phased renovation of this five bedroom home in Muswell Hill, working closely with the homeowners to inject personality into the well proportioned family space. A side return extension created a larger kitchen and dining area, while the rest of the floor plan was retained with all areas refurbished.

The brief was to create a coherent, calming and characterful retreat that delivered for the practicalities of family life. We zoned the double reception room to create a grown-up living space and seperate TV snug which opens on to the newly extended kitchen and dining area fitted with a bespoke kitchen.

On the first floor, three bedrooms and a family bathroom were reimagined to create a calming master bedroom, joyful kids room and a warm and restful bathroom. On the second floor, a study and guest bedroom with en-suite were updated with new decor and furnishing.
