Master Bedroom

To create a holistic interior, the same bespoke parquet flooring runs throughout the entire apartment, softened with a large mohair silk rug underfoot in the master bedroom. We used a warmer colour to the walls and wallpapered the ceiling recess to form a more intimate space. Working closely with the client, we sourced the lacquered bedside units and vintage lamp bases from America - the black lacquer dictated the choice of wallpaper shown and the drapery added a metallic shine to contrast with the wall colour. The bed and desk are bespoke pieces designed by Studio Mills using British oak with brass accents to provide a warm, relaxing space to sleep.
