West Kensington Family Home

A complete overhall, this house had been owned by multiple ‘first time buyers’ and was in desperate need of cohesion to realise its full possibilites. We were engaged at the very start of the project and consulted on brining the full team together to fully refurbish the property to meet the requirements of a young family.

A top floor loft and full back extension were granted planning allowing us to create 4 bedrooms and realise full open living on the ground floor, running straight out into the spacious garden. Layout was key to make this home work and maximise space and storage. A new staircase was installed, re-claiming part of the first floor hallway and turning it into a wardrobe area. A bespoke kitchen, joinery and both bathrooms were designed with the upmost attention to detail and interior crital windows were used on the ground floor to bring light through making the living space multi functional but open.
