This new-build family home in Wimbledon was designed with an urban-inspired scheme, using wood and concrete to create depth through natural texture. The house includes five bedrooms and bathrooms, a kitchen, movie room, gym, and the "sky lounge", a striking 20m-long glass room with sweeping views over Wimbledon Park.
Wood plays a key role in adding warmth and balance to the minimalist architecture, while soft, natural fabrics enhance the calm, inviting atmosphere. Exposed concrete elements highlight the building’s structure, with subtle imperfections adding character and visual texture. A perforated metal staircase reinforces the urban feel, contrasted by book-matched veneer cabinetry that brings softness and refinement to the overall design.
