Entrance Hallway
In the entrance hall, the brief called for discreet shoe storage, a surface for keys and post, and a mirror. We responded with a bespoke console incorporating drawers in a lighter timber, set against darker walls to create contrast and depth. With limited natural light, the richer wall colour lends the space a welcoming, cocooning quality. The shoe cabinet occupies an otherwise unused corner behind the front door; its rounded edge softens the form, while matching it to the wall colour allows it to recede seamlessly. Integrating the mirror directly into the console saves space and introduces a playful yet refined design detail.
